Anybody know where to buy a 5-1/4 inch USB 1 floppy drive for Windows?

Good luck on finding that..I'm not sure you can even find an IDE 5 1/4
anymore. You might try E-Bay to get an IDE and maybe put it in an external
case with USB connector

I have never seen one.
You might be able to modify a 3.5" USB floppy...
but it would be easier to just install one internally
