Flashing power light on Dell E520

The power light on my Dell E520 has started to flash amber, and the PC will
not boot up. Spontaneous onset, unrelated to any interference such as added
hardware/software. I presume the problem is with the internal power supply
but I have no idea how to fix it. Any help appreciated. PC is about 2 yrs
old and out of warranty.

Hi there I had a similar experience with a Dell pc which had a flashing
amber light and that was dead power supply (amber flashing light) i had
to use a power supply grater than 400W to get it to work again
