Hi, I have just built a new computer for my son with an Asrock K7VT4A Pro
mobo. I have put in a new WD 80GB SATA HDD but the mobo will not recognise
the SATA HDD.

Am I right in assuming that if the mobo has SATA support I can boot from a
SATA HDD?

Any help please.

Merry Christmas.

Raymo.
